My European size is M. I've bought these shorts in size L first. Fits nice and tight, but incredibly soft and comfortable. The compression feels nice. However, my legs are muscular and big, so the size L short felt slightly uncomfortable and tight around my skin there. So I bought XL just to see if that would feel a bit better and it does. The pictures show the size comparison.

Very good shorts. Size fit on about 104 from 69. The only thing is that this elastic band on the legs squeezes the leg a little. Quite a bit, but they sit perfectly.

Usually a Small in VS, Nike, Buffbunny, 90 Degree and M in Shein and Romwe. They're very soft and very stretchy. I'd recommend getting them if you want a compressive shorts

These shorts fit me perfectly! They don't ride up on me and are very comfortable. I took a size S on waist measurement 68cm. It is the only tight fitting shorts that I bought that don't roll up on me. The only downside is that they show sweat pretty badly. So after my workout it looked like I peed my pants. That is on a medium blue color. So stick to black if you don't want to have sweat stains.
