The glasses are polarized. Plastic may not be the best quality, but it's pretty decent. Phone calls are clearly and of appropriate quality. The sound of the music is shallow and bassy. If the track being played is of poor quality, the bespectacled speakers will highlight any imperfections. People nearby will hear your phone call and music. When compared with the barefoot glasses I own, the depth of sound is incomparably lower, but that's what I expected. Proper product as a convenient headset.
